Had a 5 ton Goodman Heat Pump installed in 2008. Since that time, the HVAC service company has had to replace the reversing valve 4..?. I think 5 times, I've lost count. Thankfully, I have a service contract! Some folks post that it's all about the quality of the installation. O.K... if that's the case, what did my Goodman Certified HVAC professional not do correctly?? Three(3) weeks ago, he had to change out (replace) the capacitor. Four (4) months after it was install in 2008, a contactor had to be replaced. What's going on with this Goodman product?? Help!
