Coleman evcon a/c model #AC02M1021CG unit turns on and appears to be functioning little air is blowing out, the larger pipe had condensation on the rubb/foam insula changed the filter but was only in there for a month there was also some frost built up on the pipe where there was a rip please help very hot and wife is 7 months pregnant please help
