My name is bella and I'm 5ft7 and about 175 pounds... I want to start losing weight before I graduate. I need to loose about 50 pounds but have found it very difficult
Any advice? Or maybe a weight loss buddy

I am currently going through the same thing. I am 5ft 2 and 180 pounds. I am also trying to lose 50 pounds because it is what I used to be in my early 20's. It is a hard battle, you have make small achievements to reach your goal. I was 199lbs end of June this year. Things I have done to achieve this small achievement were: eat mostly fruits, vegetables and lean meats, no bread (which is really hard, but now I don't crave it as much. I search on line for natural ways to lose weight to ensure I'm losing it safely. Oh and I try to exercise 3 times a week. Try to figure out what your issues are. Is it not eating healthy? Is is not exercising regularly? Or is it both? I tend to have decent eating habits, but the exercise is where I struggle.
