So me and my husband are trying to get pregnant... I wouldn't say we have been trying for a year but we haven't been using protection for about that long. I am 20 and he us 21, I didn't think I would be infertile but I am starting to wounder. Every month I have signs of pregnancy and then I get my period, thinking that its all in my head. Well I just got my period today but I am still feel as thought I am pregnant... is there a possibility that I am and just getting my period through it?

There is a possibility, but slight. You see, premenstrual symptoms mimic pregnancy symptoms. This is why so many women think they are pregnant until the period shows up.
The typical first sign of a pregnancy is a missed period.
You could still try to take a HPT using first morning urine to put your mind at ease.
Remember also, that low sperm count can cause a woman not to get pregnant. It's not always us that is the problem, although we frequently think that way.

I agree with J_9, pms and early pregnancy symptoms are frequently the same for many women, and when you are hoping to become pregnant, you will often notice the possible pregnancy signs even more.
Try the test and see what results you get.
Just as a note, while some women may have some bleeding or spotting in early pregnancy, sometimes thinking it is their period, you won't have an actual period if pregnant.
