Take it to the vet. Bright red mean that the pup is bleeding internally.

Ikes! Don't hesitate & visit your Vet... waiting can create more problems for sure and is probably suffering discomfort. You can try to get more info from the on-line VetMD web sites... However, your problem is pretty clear, you need to have a Dr evaluate and be sure to bring a stool sample for sure. Best of luck

I only have one issue with your post, and I wish to address it because I noticed you gave the same advice in another post and I want to nip this in the bud.
No vet can give a diagnosis online. The VetMD web sites are a great idea in theory, but any real vet will tell you that when it comes to the health of your animals, getting information online is the worst thing you could do. While you're on the internet obtaining guesses (because that's all they are) from people that swear they're vets (which I'm not convinced they are) your animal is suffering and possibly dying.
So many people go to the internet looking for medical help, not only for their animals, but for themselves as well. A diagnosis cannot be given over a computer.
We have amazing people on this site that know more about animals than any other group of people I've ever been involved with. We even have a vet tech on this site. Every single one of these people can guess what's wrong, and many times they would be dead on accurate. There's a reason they don't do that, because even though they may be right about what's wrong, they cannot be sure without seeing the dog, doing tests. We never diagnose on this site, and I feel that giving people a site that will offer a diagnosis is not in the best interest of our site.
So I ask that you refrain from telling people to go to a vet site online. The best advice is always to see an actual vet.
Thanks.

You need to consult a vet.

ERROR: You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Altenweg again.
I fully agree with Alty. On-line medical services are great for getting a better understanding of a given diagnosis or looking for alternatives when the diagnosis and treatment don't seem to be working, BUT they should never replace a hands-on examination.

I really hope you have taken the puppy to the vet.
It had Parvo at 6 weeks? It could be something as simple as the lining of the intestine still isn't 100% healed from that, but it could be so much more serious.
Go to the vet if you haven't already.
Edit: bright red blood wouldn't mean intestine generally - the brighter the blood the closer to the anus the issue is. Vet!
