You are probably suffering the effects of prolonged vibration or loss of circulation. See Hand-Arm Vibration (http://labor.state.ak.us/lss/pads/hand-arm.htm) for a better discussion. Gel padded/anti-vibration cycling or work gloves, frequent breaks, and a more relaxed grip while mowing can reduce the effect. A higher quality mower or a rider might also be a solution.

Definitely your hand is reacting to vibration and its hard for us to tell if its unusual vibration. Ask a friend or neighbor to mow a few feet to see it they think its way out of line. If the blade is out of balance you may be better off for a mower shop to sharpen and balance it or sell you a new one. Does computer work make your hands tingle, could be carpal tunnel but that would not afffect your ring or little finger. Thumb, index and one side of your middle finger go numb with carpal tunnel
