I had a crash last year and it still going on now I got a letter on part of the form I have to fill it, I got to put down my lose of earning, so I put down where I'm working my hours my net wage (week I lost) after the crash, why does my solicitor need this information?

To make a claim for the full amount. If you had a crash and only a small amount of damage was done, but you were out of work for a couple of weeks as a direct result, it's reasonable to claim for you loss of earnings as well as the damage.

That must be one of the longest-lasting accidents in history. :p
