So I going to be charged with fraud I think. Well maybe. I just want to be prepared for what comes next.

I went to put in an insurance claim and changed the story so I would have to only pay 1 deductible instead of 3. I told them I didn't know what happened to my car and so on and so forth. Long story short they proved I was lying and now I have to plea guilty to a false statement and that my claim would then we closed. I am not so worried about having to pay for the damages on my car but more for my life.

What happens if this does go through as a fraud claim and I am charged with fraud under 5000. What's the worst that can happen. I know its only a little white lie but I think I could be in serious trouble. I have never had a run in with the law ever in my life so I have that going for me.

HELP!!

Hello f:

A little white lie is what you tell your wife when you're late. This lie is actually a BIG RED LIE. Whatever you do, DON'T try to diminish your participation to the judge.
