I have a touch n go digital overhead garage door opener. The remote will not work, how can I replace it, it shows freq 360-BDC, MFG 810331

Did you ever get a solution to your garage door opener? I have the same issue.
I know what the problem is as far as why it won't work - it's because of the case it goes into. A couple of the round components get in the way of the bottons you push idniting the opener. It works perfectly with out the case.
