Father of my daughter wants to terminate his parental rights and any visitations to avoid child support payments... he is on methadone program, 2 warrants out for his arrest.--charged with forged perscriptions... charged with driving with a minor child under 5 with not car set or seat belt... I just want him out of her life and he is willing to sign papers to allow my father to set in as my daughters parental figure... I need to know what papers I need the father of my dauther to sign... he has already notified his employer that he want to terminate parental rights... and they have stopped all child support... *** help.

Basically he cannot - you can refuse to allow him to see his daughter, the Court can refuse to allow him to see his daughter - but he will owe child support unless/until someone adopts the child.
If his employer has stopped direct withdrawal of child support they are in contempt of the Court's order which, by the way, can only be changed/amended by ANOTHER Court order. I'd bring that to the attention of the employer AND the Court.
And go back to Court and have all visitation privileges stopped.
This is a legal question and I have asked that it be moved to that board.
