This game I got years ago it wouldn't work on my computer at the time it was I'm thinking a military strategy style but it was different I remember watching a few of the videos off the cd and there was a thing where you had the advisers they were all real action characters but one was almost like an elvis impersonator, one was a military general, there were about 5 or 6 in a line up and they all said stuff like I agree or I disagree or we need more military or we need more agriculture, you I know this isn't much to go by but I've been dying to play this game since we first got it, I would simply just install the old one but that one disappeared years ago lol any help would be greatly appreciated

The advisors were live action people in front of a background, the game was kind of like civilization where it advanced through the ages and as the ages went the live action people changed their appearances too so they were wearing the dress of the current age all the way to modern age where the elvis impersonator advisor was dressed like elvis and the military advisor was dressed like a general and so on, hope this broadens the help
