I have a circulated series 1935 E $1.00 silver certificate with signatures by Priest and Humphrey. Ivy Baker Priest knew my mother-in-law and signed the bill above the serial number on the left side. Does this negate the value of the certificate, or increase it?

tENACty - on THE 1935e SERIES SILVER CERTIEICATE, WITH THE SIGNATURES OF Priest AND HUMPHREY SIGNED ABOVE THE left SERIAL NUMBER; I can give you the values of both rfg notes and in case you have a ;[star note-A star note is a replacement note ,and to sighafy that it is a replacement note they put a small star at the start of the serial number or at the end' values on them are higher in value then a reg note;; OK
here we go [ 1935E VF-20= $3.00 UNC-63= $12.50
A STAR NOTE {VF-20= $5.00 AND UNC-63=$17.50:: BUT to your last Question= IS The VALUE HIGHER WITH THE PERSONNEL SIGNATURES?
