I saw this movie when I was a kid that was animated. I remember it had to do with a kid who went to the circus and met a bunch of dinosaurs who were being treated like crap. Somewhere in the movie I remember a bunch of bubbles that popped and each told the thoughts of one of the dinosaurs. Toward the end an evil guy made one of the monsters go mad and turn on the kid and other dinos.

Can anyone please tell me what movie it is? I've hopelessly wondered for years..
