Congratulations. Are you in the US or outside the US? This is an important factual point regarding your immigrant intent.
If outside, the B visa is for a visitor. If you are married to a USC and intend to file for permanent residence, that is a violation of the terms of the B visa. Clearly not just a visitor.
You should file for a K-3 visa. This is the visa for the spouse of a USC intending to apply for permanent residence in the US (AOS).

Thank you so much for the informations. I am outside US now but my husband is already in USA. But I am still not clear about two things..
First one is that is it possible to file for PR after getting into US through Visitor visa though it's a violation of terms or the visitor visa? Do they file such case?
Second one is.. if I enter usa through visitor visa with no intention to overstay there and get back to my own country on time but can I file my case during my stay in US?
