I am a social worker who is helping a person who is on Social Security Disability of $1000, pays $950 for housing and his glasses have one lense and only one arm on them. He lives in Newark, NJ, but can travel on the train (NJ Transit) he is presently in our Jail at Somerset County, but may be released soon. Where could I direct him??
