Just noticed no air coming from the inside vents. Checked and the intake air is not pulling in any air. System is set to Auto and Cool. Outside condenser unit is running but see a little ice build up on the connection from the house. I have turned the system to off and the fan to on but still no air coming through vents. Help

Possible bad motor ,by could be the capicitor,, is much, much cheaper to first replace the capicitor with an exact match,, less than 5 bucks, if doesn`t help probably the motor

Hi there. I am having the same problem with my Tempstar NNE075F16G1.

Where is this capacitor located... what does it look like?

Thank you.

The capacitor will be located in the compartment with the motor. It will be a rectangular box, about the size of a pack of cigarettes OR possibly round, about 2" in diameter and 3" long, silver or black and will say400 microfarads or something like that. 2 insulated leads Do not touch the bare ends, ground them to the heater frame with an insulated handle screwdriver. You can get a bad shock without grounding. This is the most common reason for slow turning motors.
