I recently got back in contact with an old friend I went to school with 10 years ago.everything was going good and we were talking everyday then for no reason he stopped contacting me and hasn't even had the guts to talk to me and tell me why or what's going on.why do guys do stuff like this?

Probably for about the same reasons gals do stuff like this.

He either might feel like you are coming on to strong, or he might be trying to fight feelings that he is starting to get.. or does he have a girlfriend, because if he does and he might be feeling bad because of those feelings that are growing, not for his girlfriend but for you. So he might feel guilty.. most likely he is gaining feelings for you that he is not sure how to deal with..

Jelisa, we don't know why he did this. Not all men are this way. The only way you can find out for sure is to call and ask him. Get the info straight from the horses mouth.

Have you ever heard of the saying:

You know what happens when we ASSume? It makes an A$$ out of you and me.

So all you can do is one of 2 things. Move on or call and ask.

First of all your lumping all guys in one category.

Maybe he had a feeling that you were getting way to close or attached and did not feel the same.

Maybe something came up in his life. Maybe he has been unable to get intouch with you for some reason.
