I rented a house and wa up to date on my payments and received a letter frommortgage company intent to foreclosure on my landlord house for over $6000.00, I spoke with him and ask him to give some kind of assurance that I would not be kick out at any time, his response was he had to get from out of loan, I wa streesing trying to find some where to move in that time he ask me to move because I told him that I would not be paying him anything unless he could do that. I found several places but he told each I was behind on my rent. Nneless to say I was always on time until then. He has sent hired an Atty. Paperwork sent to a judge for my response to the allegationsran out of time for the response between moving and just wanted to know if It can be over turned?

... paperwork sent to a judge for my reponse to the allegations

ran out of time for the reponse between moving and just wanted to know if It can be over turned?

If I am understanding you corrrectly, the judge signed the order because you were late responding to the paperwork?

You would move to reconsider, describing why you failed to respond.
