I'm a stateless refugee born and raised in Kuwait I came to the u.s in 1988 as a student
At that time Iraq invaded Kuwait and most of the Palestinian in Kuwait became UN welcomed.I applied for asylum, unfortunately didn't know I had a court hearing .I was order deported in absentia.I was incarcerated in 1998 they couldn't deport me cause Kuwait won't take me back.I been under supervision ever since .I'm tiered of being without a statue.what will happen if I crossed to Canada.

It won't help... the best choice is to file an appeal (if you don't have any criminal record in US). Consult experienced immigration attorney.
