My baby's father never sees his daughter. The day of meditation he finally had the chance to see her and he dropped her off at his moms to get a tattoo. I'm stressed becuause I have to find baby sitters for my daughter on his days. Please help me.

If you have a court ordered visitations document everything, as he is in violation of that order by skipping out. If there is no such order, then you stop being so co operative, and get one.

Maybe that's why you are not together is because you don't work together well, and that's okay, but the rules have to be clearly defined, and obeyed by you both.

If he cannot follow the rules, then he has consequences of his actions to pay, and that's his problem, not yours. Have you talked to his mother? What is her take on his irresponsibility?

You CANNOT force a parent to visit with a child. You CAN go back to Court with documentation concerning dropping the child off if the environment is somehow a danger to the child and ask that his visitation rights be stopped or that he only have supervised visitation.

Tell the Court what you've told us - you do NOT make arrangements for babysitters on "his" days but he does not show up and you end up scrambling around to get a sitter. Ask that he have ordered visitation on your off days so this is not an issue.

BUT you cannot force a parent to exercise his visitation rights.

He merely has a court order that allows him to see the child.

He does not have to see her, and can not be forced to see her.

You need to get the order modified that if he does not pick up up on visit days he has to pay $$ money to cover costs.

Is he paying his child support
