A judge did not allow my lawyer to ask questions about my pending divorce and child support case. The judge was verbally abusive to me and wouldn't allow me to ask or make any statements as well.My spouse was allowed to answer questions.I can't afford to pay my lawyer to make an appeal. What are other avenues?

Well, their decision stands unless its appealed. I'd file for a copy of the court transscripts. See if your memory (which can be clouded by emotions) matches what's on the record. It's that court record that will be considered reliable... not the claims of an individual.

Now IF those back up your claims then you may have a case. But you really need a lawyer, they know how to file and how to argue the appeal if a chance is granted by the courts. Its NOT a do-it-yourself project. He will have a lawyer and you wouldn't, the chances you have of winning like that are exceptionally slim.
