I have a Hardie 12 station sprinkler controller and I have double checked on the start times, run times, days of the weeks to run, and real time of clock, etc. and yet I keep finding that various zones are coming on at odd, non set times.

One person as suggested that from time to time these things get a "ghost in the machine" such that the best thing to do is to either erase the program settings and start over and/OR unplug the whole controller form power for several seconds then start over.

Any advice or suggestions before I try any of these options will be much appreciated.

I think those systems have a mind of their own. I set mine to military time and checked the clock. They still come on one hour before they are supposed to a couple times a day.:eek:
