A family with a little blond haired girl and her older teenage brother move in to a apartment block . The little girl gets taken by a creature while she his playing with her ball. The creature turns itself into the little girl and gose around the other apartments killing people .there a dwarf that lives in one of the apartments .that the creature likes .the older brother realises its not his sister .and ends up rescueing the little girl in the end .please dose anybody know the name of the film thank you
