I am I young disabled adult that is parlayed from the waist down I have been seaching hi and low for funds or grants that well help pay for my driving classes so I can get my car and hand controls installed and move on with life being 21years of age I still don't want to depend on anybody so pleasr if there's anything out there to help me please let me know I need help please somebody
