Yes, that old chestnut. I know it's such a common thing, I know it always happens in the movies, and everything turns out perfect. But can real life happen like that? We're both 16, and I've been best friends with him since I was 10. I liked him from the moment I got to know him really, and we've only ever had one fight, about something stupid we both did, when we were 14. I liked him through that, and although I've had a few other boyfriends, none of them have ever made me feel itfor long; you know, that amazing, incredible feeling? Only him.
But on the flipside of the coin, I think he's still into his ex - although he broke it up, because they were fighting, at parties a couple times they've both been totally hammered and got off with each other. (And before you say anything, the parties and alcohol thing doesn't bother me, cause I like that kind of thing too)
I know if he was with me, he wouldn't do anything like that behind my back, we're way too close for that. We tell each other absolutely everything, and there's never been an awkward moment. We've come close to kissing before, when we were drunk, but always got interrupted. But is this the one thing I shouldn't tell him? Or should I go for it? Help. :\

Here's the real question here...
Does he ever show signs that he likes you as more than a friend? Think about it. If he just acts like a bud, then you MIGHT not want to risk putting your friendship on the line just for a boyfriend. If you really think it's worth it, then give it a try.
Remember, you have to be careful, though-if he does end up going out with you, you have to make sure the breakup doesn't totally wreck your friendship.
