There is an old joke about a tourist stopping someone on a street in New York City and asking "How do I get to Carnegie Hall?" The answer given was "Practice".
That you won a talent contest is an indication that you have talent. But you really need to get that talent evaluated. Does your school have a glee club, chorus, music department? Is there a music teacher who can appraise your talent?
You then need to hone your talent. Get training and practice. From there it's a large matter of luck. You can also try the You Tube route and make a video, put it on You Tube and hope it goes viral.

Hi, meandiluvmuzic!
Just because someone makes videos and CD's doesn't mean that they are going to get noticed and/or famous. As a matter of fact, they just might lose a lot of money in trying to "be somebody" in those ways.
As has already been mentioned, now is the time for you to hone your talent in various ways. If you think about it and are creative, you can create ways right where you are to get noticed without it costing any money.
One of the ways is that you already go to a school and frequently students using the facility and equipment in a school are how some of the biggest names in music history got started. Also, if you have other friends who play instruments or sing, you can create ways for all of you to express what you want to say musically without those opportunities being solely created by an adult who is a teacher of some kind. If you use the school facitilities and/or equipment, then I'm sure that you would need permission to use them. But, you should be able to use them.
How large is the population of people where you live, please?
Thanks!

By the way, it's oftentimes not so much how talented a person or group is in order to be able to perform someplace famous, but whether they can afford the expense of performing there.
