Is there any change in walking after losing virginity?
And what are the other physically changes occur after having sex first time?
And what about pain after having sex first time ? That will continue for few hours or days ?

No, none, yes, sometimes.
In that order.

I'll second those answers rather than retype them.

Nobody can tell if you've had sex by looking at you unless they do a gynecological exam, so you don't have to worry that the whole world will know.
The only physical change from losing your virginity is that the hymen breaks for the woman. This is a thin membrane inside the vagina, and breaks during intercourse. It can be painful initially but the pain does not usually last. There can be a little bleeding but it's nothing to worry about and is normal so is also nothing to be embarrassed about.
There are no physical changes at all for men.
If sex is frightening or unappealing to you I would guess you are not ready. As you learn about your body and all there is to learn about sex it can take a while to become comfortable with the idea, and to visualize yourself doing these things. You also need to feel a lot of trust in the other person, and physical attraction and love, for it to really be a good experience. You should not have sex because someone is impatient and pressuring you, of course.
When I was younger my rule was that I would not have sex until I was totally responsible for my own support, housing and health and until I was totally comfortable discussing my body with my doctor, asking for birth control and advice to avoid STDs, and comfortable talking to my partner openly about my sexual boundaries, and sexually related health concerns such as prevention of AIDS. I also was not willing to have sex until I was at a point in life where I could independently raise a baby were I to become pregnant, because I knew that abortion and adoption would be very difficult options for me.
This resulted in me being a virgin longer than a lot of people I knew but I never lost a guy I didn't need to lose, and was able to have a fun, free youth, comfortable with who I was and completely healthy, emotionally and otherwise, with my sexuality.
I hope that helps you.

Unless you get pregnant, then you gain a lot of weight and have a baby.
So there is a chance they can tell by the way you walk, many pregnant women sort of woddle.

Just repeating what's said above in different terms... I've known Virgins that have a swagger that would give most men a stiffy in an instant (and put many strippers to shame)... I actually know a mother of several children that moonlights as an escort that you would never guess by the way she walks or presents herself that she even has kids much less has had sex at all, she walks like a nun.
Point being... don't judge a book by its cover.
