I was charged with underage consumption of alcohol, and charged again with possession of alcohol as a juvenile. I was supposed to do 40 hours of community service, and only did 2 hours. My court date is in 2 weeks. What are the consequences going to be?

If you're on probation, they won't let OFF probation until you do what you were sentenced to do.

From my past experience with community service (DUI), is that they don't take it lightly when you make their punishment too much of a bother to even complete it. Especially over the summer for a kid like you.

There is a way that you can make those 38 hours in 2 weeks. Call around. They have 8 hour work days.

If you don't, then you can bet that they'll at least double your time. I've seen it done.
