I live in Ontario and will be filing for bankruptcy soon. I returned to university in the summer (no OSAP), but need it for my tuition in the fall. Please let me know if filing for bankruptcy will make me ineligible for OSAP. I'm also concerned that my current debt load may make me ineligible. I have an OSAP application pending at this time. NOTE: I do have an existing OSAP loan, which I pay monthly. It will NOT be included in the bankruptcy.

Yes when u filed for bankruptcy u have to wait some time before asking for credit
