I need to move my toilet approx. 2" away from the tub (previous owner put on a tub surround) and also back against the wall approx.3" (toilet current sets 3-4" away from the back wall. II there a flange that will allow me to do that?

No... you are going to have to alter the waste stack so that it puts the flange where you need it to be.

Willidi...
Can you tell us what material the pipes are made from? Are they cast iron, copper, PVC plastic or ABS plastic?
Either way, you may be able to install an OFFSET CLOSET FLANGE. Maximum offset in any offset flange is 2", average is 1.5" offset. You can probably get the 2" to the side of the tub, but going back 3" isn't going to happen.
You may, however, be able to purchase a different toilet that fits the space to the wall better. Tell me... what is the measurement from the wall (not the baseboard) to the toilet bolts at the floor of the toilet bowl? I can tell you more after I know that.
If you have cast iron then the old flange can be removed and the offset flange can be leaded in the old fashioned way without too much trouble. A plumber could do this in 1-2 hours including setting thetoilet back in place.
If your pipes are copper or PVC installing an offset flange could be a little tougher but still possible. I would need ask more questions on this to tell you more.

Pipe is cast iron - I will need to go home and measure from wall to bolts and get back to you. I did think about getting another toilet that would perhaps put it closer to the wall, but the space between the tub and toilet (or lack thereof, is a problem I would like to fix.

Offset flange for cast will gain you an 1.5"...but at least you don't have to cut up the floor or the ceiling to get this done...:)
Let me know the toilet measure when you know...

PS: toilet measures should be between 10-14" or so.

Mark, I'm a little confused... The toilet is on the first floor and I have access below from the full basement. I will need to cut a new hole (make existing hole larger and patch) to move the toilet, correct.

Hi all..
Smoothy, you weren't that far off... they don't make a fitting that will offset two inches over and 3inches back... ;)
Willidi, because you are offsetting sideways (not front or back) then you will indeed need to enlarge the hole to accommodate the flange and then you will need to patch the LEFT side of the old hole in the floor... toilet will cover the new hole on the right side.
Finally, if you have access to the plumbing underneath you could just cut the pipe and install a regular flange, patch hole in floor and just keep the same toilet. Let me know if you want more info. On this.
