A friend of mine came to Canada under refugee status along with his wife of 10yrs (also refugee along with him) and 2 kids. He found out when his wife got here that she had an affair, when she was still in the home country and he can't continue in the marriage due to the affair. Can he give her a divorce? Will it impact his refugee claim/status?
