Our dog had to have a c-section she feeds her baby but doesn't seem to know that she's to clean the baby as well she's very willing to feed and cuddle her baby but we've had to wipe the puppy to keep the baby peeing and pooping. Her beding is clean she's drinking water not eating a lot but the puppy is only 2 days old so we encourage mom to go out for a pee break being that she was out when she had her baby we thought this is the reason why she doesn't know about cleaning anything we can do for mom

This belongs under "dogs" I hope someone comes along and changes it, you'll get more response there.

We have a special section here for dogs so I have asked that your question be moved there, you can find it in the Home and Garden section :)
Some dogs just don't quite understand what it means to be a mother especially younger dogs... how old is she?
The c-section can have an effect on some dogs too, although if she is happy to feed them then there should be no problems there. Just keep the stitches clean and dry.
For the pups just take a warm damp cloth and give their genitals and anus a gentle rub to encourage them to both urinate and defecate, same as mom-dog would do. This will need to be done regularly.
Get some high quality puppy food for the mom, she needs the extra nutrients right now to produce milk and puppy food is loaded with it. If she doesn't seem keen on eating try wet food instead of dry or try mixing something like sardines in with it to encourage her.
