Last night I found a small black beetle about the size of an ant in my bed. I am so scared of bugs. I stripped my bed of sheets, and pillows. But I think the bugs are coming from my light fixture above my bed? What should I do ? Someone please help!!

Call an exterminator.

?? You found one bug, or 100 bugs.

Simple bugs come in our home on our clothing, in small cracks in places like under the sinks ( kitchen and bath) and 100 other places if they want to.

But yes, get your home professionally done, make sure the company provides service between treatments if you do see bugs.

Again if this is one bug, just breathe and buy a can of raid

Odds are they are not coming from the overhead light but going to it. Light attracts a great many beetles just like moths.

Check the screens on your bedroom windows, make sure they're in good shape and fit tightly. Then take a piece of transparent tape the next time you see one and catch it. That way you don't have to touch it and the exterminator can identify it and treat for them. Save the sample by taping it to a white card or paper.
