I am a military spouse, we are currently residing out side of the US due to my husband being stationed in the US. I have finally received my green card and noticed that I can not be out side of the US for more than 364 days or my green card will be revoked. Does this statute include military spouses and if so, how can I get around this? Also, does living with my husband on a military base over seas count as being in the US for citizenship, or do I have to physically be in the US?

A US military base is considered US soil. I don't think the statute you mention applies to military spouses but you may want to take this up with your husbands CO.

Thank you, I would just like to correct my previous question, my husband is currently stationed outside the US, not in the US. Excuse the blunder.

Yes, I understood your statement, that is what you said. I said anywhere there is a US base it is considered US soil.
