My puppy has been using a crate at night, he still pees occasionally in the house. How can I prevent her from this?

This may be simple overexcitement, such as when one of his people come home or a playmate is out in the yard. That he will simply have to grow out of, providing you keep instructing him to pee outside. I've always gotten the best results when catching them just starting and taking them out immediately then praising them when they go while outside.
