Can kids receive father's ssi benefits (he's in jail) mama no where to br found ,

I do know that if you are incarcerated you cannot receive any Social Security benefits. As for his kids receiving the benefits someone needs to go to the local Social Security Office and speak to them in person about this. I don't think they can but I have been wrong before about SS benefits as the money is to be paid to the father not the kids.
