View Full Version : I bought a flag on Amazon on Sunday. It said 3-5 shipping days. It's been five days.

I'm not sure where to put this, so if it's in the wrong place, I'm sorry. Anyway, on Sunday I bought a flag on Amazon. The seller had 100% feedback, and people left feedback saying that the shipping was super fast. Well, I bought it on Sunday, and it said the shipping is 3-5 days. I've waited five days, it's Friday now, and sure enough the flag hasn't come. I'm disappointed with this, why did they lie?

I would wait just a few more days then I'd start to worry... You can always send the seller an e-mail, if he's provided an address

Let me see, Sundays don't normally count, they would not have gotten the order till Monday ( unless they were off that day for some reason, many small business close every now and then on personal reasons)
So it would not have mailed till at least Tuesday, so that would make it Monday or Tuesday to receive depending on how one counts 5 days.
Ordering on Sunday and expecting on Friday, is not realistic even on a 5 day ship.
Have you contacted them and asked them for a UPS or other tracking number

The first thing I would do is contact them for a tracking #

I did, and it turns out they had to cancel the order because Amazon made a mistake on the shipping & handling. That's the first time this has happened in my case, but I re ordered it.
Cheers. :)
