In regard to historical facts, please. Were Rabbis required to be married so as to be accepted fully into the culture during the period of Jesus' ministry?

Marriages were most often arranged through parents. That was tradition. Tradition was highly regarded. Jesus could have entered into an arranged union as early as 15 years of age.
