I want to know if a road that serves a private land condominium, in Michigan, may also serve a parcel of land (1 or 2 residential lots that would be land-locked without the service) that is/are not part of the condomimiun itself?

Depends on what is described in the property deeds, as well as state and local law. Also whether the road is public or private.
You definitely need the services of a lawyer with expertise in these matters locally.

Are there right of ways listed on the deeds ? Has the owner of the landlocked property, filed in court for an easement to allow access to their property ( even sometime in past and listed on one of the deeds)
