Quiet pulsating noise that sounds kind of like water pulsating through pipes. It can be heard best at night when quiet. It can be heard throughout house. I have heard it in other homes if you know what to listen for. Not electricity, turned off water, not that. Very puzzling. I've read other similar threads here. Very consistent sound, does not vary.
I live in Vancouver, Wa. Any other ideas out there?
