Okay it me and my friend at my house on the couch and then I try to go to the kitchen an then the grudge is at the end of the hall he grabs my wrist and tries to open the door and then he opened it and let go of my wrist on accsident and the grudge was in front of me and I tried to punch it put then it put both of her hands on my face I pushed her back then I got a head ac and then my friend tried to help me but then he got caught by her and I ran away and didn't know where to go and then I thought wait this is a nightmare about the grudge so I lost my headac and I went to my friend and he said he was okay but the I woke up and it was soooooooooooooo scary though
So now I am trying to ask what do these dreams mean and how can I stop them...

Okay I was just wondering what do dreams about the grudge mean cause I am freaked out by her and I really need help from you guys and galls PLEASE HELP ME I AM HAVING BAD ISSUES!!
