Not sure what you mean. You state you have no pressure, then say it stays at 30 psi. Can you elaborate?

Sorry, what I mean is the gage by the pressure tank says 30psi, but is very weak coming out of the faucet/shower/etc. We've already replaced the filter last week...

Is there a shutoff valve between the tank and the house? If so, have you checked it to see if it is obstructed? Also, check aerators in faucets to see if they are clogged.

Thirty pounds is a minimum tank pressure. Is that the highest pressure you have seen on the tank. Are the points of the well switch closed. If 30 lbs is the highest pressure seen, you have a well or pump problem. Normal pump cut off pressure should be around 50 lbs. Right now it sounds like you have no water stored in the tank and when you open the faucet you are getting only the water the pump can produce at the moment.

Good point. Blynde, if you feel comfortable increasing the pressure on your switch, let us know and I'll get directions to you. Very simple to do and takes minutes. Still, with even 30# of pressure, you should get a usuable volume of water, though it would not be anything to brag about.

If well and pump are only producing 1 gallon per minute there is not going to be much coming out the shower head. Open an additional faucet and you probably won't get anything.
