View Full Version : How to install pipe line of LPG Gas?

I have LPG Gas tank on the ground floor and want supply from it up to second floor distance is about 20 ft then *** tell me which type of pipe is more suitable and safe..?

Copper protected from damage if concealed will work well. Silver brazing or flare fittings work well for attachment purposes. NOTE no concealed joints allowed. In other words you cannot make a splice between two pieces of pipe or use any fittings concealed in a wall etc.
For other more detailed install rules just use the Google search engine for the answers.
LP gas is very dangerous and I recommend a real professional install. Many times your propane supply company will extend the line for a reasonable price. There are many rules to follow and mandatory leak testing of all new lines.
Fires and explosions due happen because of faulty installs.
