Okay.. I don't really know how to describe the movie. It's been so long since I've seen it but I remember watching it as a little girl. My mom thinks it might have the word 'Treasure' in the title.. I'm not sure about that one. Anyway, I remember a young couple who were in love.. And there was a bad guy who had this place that was black and white swirly type thingies that he took the young guy to.. He locked the young guy up in this underground jail cell type of a thing and he had a ball and shackle chained on his ankle. I remember him holding onto the bars looking up at the sky and then sitting on the bench in his cell.. He narrated the whole movie, he had kind of a slow voice.. GOSH I wish I could explain this better, it's just been so long!
Anyway, this movie has been on my mind for quite some time now. I just haven't been able to explain it well enough or think of the name myself. Anybody have any idea what I'm talking about? =]
OH: My mom also seems to think there was like.. A sick mouse? Or something in the movie. I remember a mouse being in it.. I just don't remember it being sick or anything. {Just in case that helps :D}

Oh my god I just asked a question about a movie and, I read your question, and I think I asked about the same movie! Was there a guy with flies over his head who was in the sewer or something like that?

I know we are talking about the same movie. There was also this one guy who was supposed to smell really bad, I don't think he talked, it was more like a voicover of his thoughts. And I do remember the guy putting the main character in a cell or something with ball and chain and locking him up in a swirly black and white thing, I also remember him doing so because the main character let go of these spiky little toys and the bad guy is like a prince who steps on them and yells in pain. I myself am trying to find out what this movie was. Damn , and yeah it was a cartoon.I think it took place in a weird middle east type place, and I think I remember a flying carpet scene towards the end where he flies on it down the edge of a cliff... Damn what movie was it!? Lol
