Hey, how are you? I'm deciding to re-ask this question, because I haven't gotten any responses in my initial/exact post on another sub-forum.
Hey all, how are you? It's been quite a while since I've written on this forum. Well, now it's been 5 years I've suffered from the p and mb addiction. It's began to be twice a day again. For the past month, I've noticed that I have no erections, it's just limp, even while mb. Even while viewing p. Which I do try to avoid. And when I do orgasm, it's just as enjoyable as pissing... not enjoyable at all. I do not have an orgasm and my erections are weak. I feel I've permanently destroyed my sex life. This is traumatizing to me and myself esteem. I never feel sexually excited anymore, and when I mb it doesn't even feel good. My orgasms are non-existant, and my erections are so weak it's practically limp. I've tried laying off for like 2 weeks, and have noticed no improvement in my erection nor in my orgasm (not that I tried it out purposely, I just had a relapse). I want to know if my sexual health will ever come back again. Will I ever have another orgasm that's strong? Will I ever get a hard erection? I wonder if I just leave it alone but for a longer period, like a month or 2 with no stimulation, if it'll go back to normal? I sure hope so. Please help and advise me. I don't want to lose my sex life forever. Please respond to this and if you've ever dealt with this problem and solved it or know the solution, let me know. I'm willing to try just about everything to fix it.
I'm embarrassed to go to the doctor about it, so I'm wondering with time will it go away or is this a more major issue...

You have some real deep shame about this, there is a big mental block going on here.
Having to put initials in where real words should be,c'mon man, it's so cryptic how can anyone really read this?
P I take it is porn?
Mb I take it is masturbation?
If you are an adult, say it like an adult.
Porn has been blamed for all kinds of problems in male erection problems, mainly because there isn't any physical interactions besides touching yourself(IMHO)What about the other reasons behind the lack of erections? It can't all be from porn.
There is testosterone deficiency.Mental hang-ups over a persons appearance.Fears or phobias(just and unjust) associated with interactions with others.so many reasons to have a difficult time with male erection problems the companies KNOW a male would do ANYTHING to get it all back, magic pills, oils, drinks, etc, etc, etc.
It is going to boil down to you taking the initiative and doing what has to be done.
See a doctor, ask them about what you need to do.It's medicine and treatments to them, not judgment and condemnation.
A medical doctor can check the testosterone level,if it is found low,you get a booster shot(costly but it takes care of the business)
They can also see what your cholesterol levels are, high cholesterol can cause this problem.
Do you smoke? That can cause this problem.
Age can cause this problem(associated with diet)
Mentally you have to explore if there is more than just a physical problem. There could be a myriad of issues stemming from who know's what.Your shame being one issue I suggest you bring to the table.

Well I originally typed p for porn and mb for masturbation because on the forum I first posted it on it isn't allowed to type such words... strict I know but it's considered triggers, etc...
And well I'm 18 and it never happened until I kept masturbating continuously day after day... first it stopped feeling exciting... then later it never got exciting again.
And I never liked to it from beginning but at first it did feel good, now it doesn't feel good at all. My erections are so weak and my orgasms aren't even like orgasms; there's just no excitement at all.
I'm nervous about going to the doctor, because of my age... and I wouldn't know what to tell them, and I wouldn't know how to go without family finding out since I am on their insurance. Would the insurance even pay for such a check up?
Well I wouldn't mind going to the doctor to check this out. If it's testosterone I really want to get the shot and get my levels back up to normal. Because I know this is something I've done to myself since I wasn't ever like this before. I feel like I've gotten so used to everything that nothing feels good. I'm scared this is irreversible.
Also, I have never done drugs, nor have I drank alcohol.
Do you feel there's anything else I can do besides going to the doctor for the meanwhile? And if there isn't... how exactly do I go about visiting the doctor... in terms of what to say and how to do it without family knowing the reason why I'm going... because we're all on the same insurance card, etc.
Thanks and I hope to see a response.

Perhaps a urinary question for the doctor would be the reason you could go.It IS a urinary tract issue(kind of)as it has to do with the penis.
At 18 though, this is most likely not testosterone(in my opinion, I am NOT a doctor, just another guy), my levels at 18 were through the roof back then.I would think this would have to do more with shame.
Some kind of stigma or guilt over getting pleasure on yourself. It is a problem for many people. The upbringing(perhaps a religious background that says masturbation is wrong?, I don't know)But to me,this seems more in the mind than the body.Just my opinion though.
See the doctor first, have them check things out physically.(If this is a problem today, think how much worse it'd be if you don't address it now but in 10 years?I would hate to think that issue this today could grow into a huge problem if it is not explored.
You are an adult(by law)your parents might want to know(and probably should be told BY YOU,IN YOUR OWN WORDS),that it is personal, for them not to worry and you would like to handle this on your own.
Does this help any?

Porn may cause you to have erection issues with real women and masturbation may be a issue for enjoying good sex because you get so used to the feel of your hand, that a feel that is not your hand has a hard time keeping you hard.
BUT, they will not stop you from having an erection or stop you from enjoying it.
Has there been a lot of stress ? Are you taking any new medication ? Could you have gotten some infection that you may be missing signs of ? Also blood pressure, prostate and many other illness can cause this to happen.
Insurance, well it depends on your plan, most will cover a check up, and what is causing it, will make the difference on insurance.
Assuming you are a adult, the doctor will not tell your family.
