Mother has custody and abandoned baby and I have her. What are my options?

#1, get a lawyer and file for custody yourself if you are the father... otherwise contact the authorities ASAP for the welfare of the child.

In fact Call Child Protective services first... if you are the father, get your lawyer to petition the court to gain legal custody.
