I have no cold water pressure in the whole house one hot water heater that is glogged and needs flushed but I need to know how to flush water lines and get them to work right. The cold water does not work anywhere but out side and the toilets don't get anywater to them at all what is the best way to fix this problem?

Do you have Galvanized , Copper or Pex plumbing in your house ? Do you have Hot water at all throughout the house ? Any (any) plumbing related work in your house in recent days ?

I do have hot water throughout the whole house just no cold water at not even in toilets either...
