My wife and myself have both worked in the NHS for over 20 years , she is my manager and I am a superviser , we have been suspended from work (full pay)for supposedly for bullying and harassing staff which is completely untrue. We are being set up by a women P A who has screwed her way up the ladder to get my wife's job , what on earth can we do because we do not belong to a union?

First, its not a good idea to piggyback your question in another thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread. Especially since your question had nothing to do with the other thread despite its subject.
Is there any proof of the claims against you? Is the staff you allegedly bullied and harassed going to testify against you? Is an investigation being conducted?

I would wait for the investigation to be completed.

I would hire an attorney to represent me, at this point they are assuming you guilty since they suspended you. ( with pay I hope) if without pay, I would have the attorney tomorrow.
