There's a girl that has been using my name. I filed a police report but because I can't prove its her what am I meant to do the police could find out they just are not bothered and will not do anything what am I meant to do?

She has phoned the council using my name to report things that are not true keeps funny phone calling even turned up at our door tried to say she was a socil worker witch is against the law but police not seaming to be bothered or willing to hep still waiting for them to call but they seam to be in no rush

First, with caller ID, they should know the calls did not come from you. As for showing up at your door, while its illegal its not am major crime and the police are not going to spend a lot of time on it.

You probably will need to sue her for harassment, but you will need concrete proof.
