Me and my boyfriend also my fiancé just had sex for the first time since our 1 year anniversary but I was on the night of starting my period and the second time we had sex, I was on my period already and I had only been for two days and he told me when I asked that he came inside me both times. Could I be pregnant? I am still on my period now but I am having stomach pains that are nothing like cramps and I also feel like I want to vomit but I'm not nauseous. I haven't vomited yet. It's only been 3-4 days now since we last had sex. Please help me. I really need to know. Could I really be pregnant?

While it is possible, having sex just before a period or during a period are the least likely times you would become pregnant.
IF you were pregnant, the egg would not have implanted yet, so it would be unlikely for you to feel those types of symptoms just yet.
It is more likely that the stomach pains and feeling like you want to vomit are from your period or from an illness you are fighting.
After a couple of weeks, you could always try a pregnancy test since you did have unprotected sex, or wait and see what happens with your period next month.

Unless you know you exact ovulation cycle... and its NOT always clear from your period. It IS possible. You need to do some tests to be certain however.

Could you be pregnant? Yes. There are case where sex during a period has resulted in pregnancy. If the woman is fertile than there is no safe time to have sex without risking pregnancy.
I got a joke: What do you call someone who relies of the rhythm/timing method of birth control? Mommy/Daddy.
If you're going to get the nasty on and don't want a kid, than use protection.
That being said the chances of getting pregnant during that time of the month are slim. I would say less than 10%, but I have no statistics to back that up. Chances are you're worrying yourself sick or you're suffering from something else; A dodgy hamburger or what not.
You could be pregnant but you're more likely not. Use protection and if you miss your next period, talk to a doctor and get a professional pregnancy test.
